ABOUT
Professional Women of African Heritage (PROWAH) was born out of the need to create an impactful platform for professional women of the African diaspora within Switzerland to blossom and thrive through networking, mentoring, training and collaboration.
Founding members – Caroline Omondi, Céleste Vogel and Pauline Koelbl started the association in 2018 to foster, support and showcase the talent and leadership of professional women of African heritage in Switzerland regardless of industry.
Aligned around the common vision of creating a multifaceted and positive narrative about Africa and women of African descent as well as becoming ambassadors of this vision, PROWAH continues to aim to grow and even extend its network globally, in order to support people of African heritage around the world.
